HURON, OH 1809-2009
The Huron Bicentennial Planning Committee would like to invite you to participate in a fabulous year-long community celebration with the opportunity of sponsorship. The centennial celebrations are solely funded by community sponsors, in-kind services/materials, volunteer support, and donations of any size and from any source.
If you would like to participate by becoming a Centennial Sponsor, click here and return the sponsorship form to the Bicentennial Planning Committee. Every contribution is greatly appreciated, and we are excited to have everyone involved. Any questions? Contact Sheila at chamber@huron.net.
Please consider one of the following levels of sponsorship of activities being planned for the Huron Bicentennial Celebration in 2009. A sponsorship program would preclude any other canvassing of you for this celebration.
Red - $1,000
• One Bicentennial pennant with corporate or individuals name on pennant. Location to be determined with sponsor. First come - first served.
• Logo and business name included on all marketing materials/advertising related to Bicentennial celebrations (print media, shirts, etc.)
• Logo or business/individual name in Bicentennial celebration poster
• 10 Bicentennial Pins
• 2 Bicentennial Shirts
White - $500
• Logo or business/individual name on all marketing materials (t-shirts and posters) related to Bicentennial celebrations.
• Logo or business/individual name on Bicentennial celebration poster
• 2 Bicentennial Pins
Blue - $250
• Logo or business/individual name on Bicentennial celebration poster
• Bicentennial Pins

Garden Tour Follow Up & Recipes
What a BEAUTIFUL day & a FANTASTIC turn out it was! Many thanks to the Huron Historical Society, the homeowners, Mother Nature, and all of the people who volunteered their time in pulling together a beautiful 2009 Red, White & Bloomin' Garden Tour! The First Families of Huron
During this Bicentennial, The Huron Historical Society will assist families with deep Huron roots and help you search for your family tree back to the ancestors of Huron.
